On 30th of March, President ZHANG Tielong led a delegation to paid a investigation to Coastal Agriculture Institute. The delegation visited Tianxu ecological garden named ‘Coastal agriculture saline-alkali soil efficient utilization demonstration base’, Tangshan Haiqingyuan Co., Ltd., Caofeidian district exhibition room, got the details of heavy saline-alkali matrix cultivation, efficient planting model, composite reverse omosis membrane utilization on agricultural production and overall development of Caofeidian district. Staffs from the demonstration base had communication with the delegation.

President ZHANG Tielong pointed out that costal agriculture’s research work should cater the current political and economical requests, take advantages of coastal zone, hold the feature research of salt tolerance, and develop saline-alkali soil recycled agriculture model research.
