On May 11th, Vice Governor SHI Qingshuang investigated HAAFS together with deputy secretary general ZHAO Guoyan. President ZHANG Tielong reported works of HAAFS.

Vice Governor SHI indicated that HAAFS as the comprehensive agricultural research institute should give full play to the supporting role on agricultural technology, and give technical suppot on rural vitalization strategy and agricultural supply-side structural reform. He also expressed that according to the requests of four agriculture, HAAFS should center on cost reducing and improving efficiency, green and safety, and accelerate innovation. It is necessary to improve technical services to the whole province’s agriculture. The management of HAAFS should be innovated and based on up standards, high quality, high efficient and sustainable agriculture. After the discussion, Vice Governor SHI visited exhibition hall of technical achievements, and spoke highly of the contribution of HAAFS to Hebei advanced agricultural development.
