From May 20th to 21st, the Institute of Dryland Farming of HAAFS invited Ran Yifa, the Agricultural Director of Netflim Asia Pacific, Israel, to conduct communication and exchange. Professor LI Guangyong from China Agricultural University and members of the international cooperation project team participated in this exchange. Ran Yifa and his team visited the Low Plain Grain Crop Green Production Demonstration Base of HAAFS to conduct on-site inspections on the application of deep buried drip irrigation, and provided guidance on the problems that exist in the application. After the inspection, Ran Yifa gave an academic presentation and conducted academic exchanges on the topic of "Corn agronomy session for China". Through this activity, we have promoted the research on new water-saving technologies for wheat and corn by the Institute of Dryland Farming, laying the foundation for implementing the innovative international cooperation project of the academy.
